Terms of Use

This is an agreement between you and Conjecture Ltd (with its affiliates, "Conjecture Ltd" or "we"). Before using Axiom, please read these Axiom Terms of Use, including the Axiom Communication Schedule and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms available through Axiom (collectively, this "Agreement"). By using Axiom, you agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and all other persons who use Axiom under your account. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use Axiom. Please also see our Privacy Policy, which is not part of this Agreement.
For the purpose of these Axiom Terms of Use:
"Axiom" means Conjecture Ltd's Axiom voice services.
"Axiom" means the website provided by Conjecture Ltd that provides access to Axiom, Axiom's settings, Axiom-related content, and other information.
"Axiom Interactions" means all information related to your use of Axiom.
"Software" means all software that we make available to you for use in connection with Axiom.
"Third Party Service" means any Axiom skill or other service or application provided by a third party that we make available to you for use on or through Axiom.
1. Axiom
1.1. Axiom. An Axiom Enabled Product and internet connection are required to access and use Axiom.
1.2 Use of the Software. You may use the Software only on or through an Axiom Enabled Product or Auxiliary Product, and you may only make personal and non-commercial use of Axiom.
1.3 Axiom Interactions. Axiom is a continuously improving service that you control with your voice. Axiom streams audio to the cloud when you interact with Axiom. Axiom is always learning and getting smarter; Axiom updates through the cloud automatically to add new features. To provide the Axiom service, personalize it, and improve our services, Conjecture Ltd processes and retains your Axiom Interactions, such as your voice and text inputs in the cloud. 2. General
2.1 Functionality; Content. We do not guarantee that Axiom or its functionality or content is accurate, reliable, always available, or complete. You may encounter content through Axiom that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Conjecture Ltd has no responsibility or liability for such content.
2.2 Changes to Axiom; Amendments. We may change, suspend, or discontinue Axiom, or any part of it, at any time. We may amend any of this Agreement's terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on the Conjecture Ltd website. You will be subject to the terms of this Agreement in force at the time you use Axiom.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. You may access and use Axiom only in select locations. We may restrict access to Axiom from other locations.
2.4 Termination. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, Conjecture Ltd may immediately revoke your access to Axiom without refund of any fees. Conjecture Ltd's failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
2.5 Applicable Law. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in the EU or the UK, you enjoy the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
2.6 Exclusion of Liability. Without limiting the exclusion of liability in the Conjecture Ltd, our licensor’s aggregate liability to you for compensation under this Agreement with respect to any claim will not exceed fifty pounds sterling (£50.00). Nothing in this paragraph affects your statutory rights as a consumer or any liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
